The room was spacious and with a lovely view.
Certain staff members were very helpful, others not at all. Kitchen was poorly equipped : dishwashing liquid nor sponge were provided !

Apartment was airy, big, comfortable, fairly quiet with great view of coast good shower and bed.
The staff were slow to respond to requests, no Internet in room despite change of modem/password. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack and some tourist information as there was nothing. My apartment had a very noisy fridge that I ended up turning off so I could sleep. The cafe to have breakfast was next door with only limited choice.

Good location & nice view. Good parking. Large apartments & balconies.
Poorly appointed kitchen. Cheap & sparse furnishings. Difficult to communicate with staff in English. Staff attitude was generally distinterested & not helpful. Few instructions regarding appliances, consumerables replacement etc.

It was the only place we could find that we could cook our own meals at. This was an absolute for us. The location was sensational as well, but it was the fact we could cook that was the decider. Overall the stay was great, and it quite clearly states that its a "two star" so it was what it was and that was fine.
Not really, overall it was what it conveyed itself to be.

Convenient location, roomy, clean
Very slow at check in. Check in times later than advertised. Rooms lacked certain essentials for a serviced apartment, like tea towels, dishwashing, in fact they were pretty bare! Somewhat noisy overnight.

Good overall, well appointed and comfortable! Great views, spacious. Great deck with outdoor furniture. Two toilets was a bonus. Excellent kitchen space
Beds were really hard and not very comfortable. A vacuum cleaner would have helped. Limited glasses available for drinking with only wine glasses available.

The apartment was massive. Very roomy. The views are amazing.
I think you can best sum up Casa Del Sole as "a no fills" apartment. It is pretty basic furnishings and decor but the view makes up for it. Don't expect too much from the front desk, they are pretty useless although they are friendly enough. If you don't speak some french you could be in trouble. Our baggage went missing. Two days later they arrived and were at the front desk. The staff knew we were looking for them but didn't send them to our room. If my husband hadn't ran the airport, we wouldn't have known the bags had arrived at reception!

It's in a great location and the staff are friendly. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. WiFi is not free, but works really well. I like the little cafe downstairs. I have stayed here twice now and would definitely stay here again.
The apartments are comfortable, but quite rundown. There are lots of children and groups so it can get noisy at times, (but not late at night).

Helpful staff. Good location and price.
Room we received was not updated, so nothing like the photos. They did sort it out though with no real hassle. We ended up staying only one night as they were full and couldn't shift us, but no problems canceling the other six nights.

The location, the size of the apartment and the friendly staff, some of whom (the brunette receptionist) spoke excellent English. It was about NZ$130 a night which is good value and the bus stops were outside. We could walk to the supermarket and to restaurants for lunch and dinner. Having a full kitchen so we could eat at home.
The location because of the noise from the bars/clubs down the road (which isn't the hotel's fault). Our AC didn't work but a very nice handy man produced a remote and that sorted that. We asked several times for another sun lounger as we only had one and they brought up more cushions for a sun lounger so we just used one of them on the ground.

Everything met our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful to us as Anglophones. We have another, fuller review to make about the hotel, as this period was just one night in transit to the Isle of Pines, leaving early on the next day of an overnight stay.
The laundry rooms need attention for the very common problem of drains smell.

The internet was supposed to be free in the rooms, but only after a major insistence from myself, I could get the necessary acess codes. The 1st info was that since that day, the system changed ..... and it was not free anymore!

I thought the accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach at Ansa Vata.
The apartment could certainly do with some extra kitchen utensils, like a sharp knife and cutting board, and plugs for the kitchen sinks. Also, it would be nice if kitchen basics like washing up detergent, cloths, salt, sugar &c. bought by previous occupants were left for the next occupants of the apartment instead of being taken or cleared away by the Casa del Sole staff.

I was disappointed that in a 7 day stay our hotel room was not serviced at all. We had to pay for a service. Also we needed some toilet roll and told we had to pay for some ourselves from the store next to the hotel.
